You'll join the Planning & Controls team to drive financial analysis and reporting. Your core impact will be improving budgeting and forecasting processes for business decisions. This role offers hybrid flexibility in Norman, Oklahoma.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management
• Support annual planning and strategic initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• ERP system experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

• MBA or CPA certification
• Power BI or Tableau experience
• Industry experience in manufacturing or energy
