💼 About This Role

You'll own UK people operations, managing payroll, benefits, and day-to-day support. You'll act as the primary contact for the UK team while partnering with a global People Ops function. This role focuses on driving operational excellence and implementing AI-driven automations to scale processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute UK payroll and commissions processing
• Manage UK immigration and visa processes
• Own and improve UK benefits programs
• Serve as primary HR contact for UK employees

📋 Requirements

• 5-6+ years in People Operations/HR in high-growth environment
• Proven experience owning UK payroll and benefits
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven process improvement
• Ability to work in London office 5 days a week
