You'll support sourcing and vendor management for cutting-edge power electronics systems at a startup building next-generation grid hardware. You'll work alongside experienced engineers to develop scalable supply chain solutions accelerating electrification.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support development and sourcing of advanced power conversion systems
• Assist in vendor selection by analyzing RFI, RFP, and RFQ documents
• Collaborate with senior engineers to translate product requirements into vendor needs
• Build should-cost models and contribute to vendor negotiations

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's program in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Good understanding of supplier selection and management best practices
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with purchasing processes, ERP systems, and supplier quality tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior internship or project experience in supply chain or procurement in electrical/power systems
• Interest in renewable energy, electric vehicles, or datacenter power architectures
• Undergraduate coursework in mechanical or electrical engineering
