🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations across all Turion spaces including labs, clean rooms, and machine shops.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks such as replacing HVAC filters and addressing minor plumbing issues.
• Lead vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and performance management for third-party service providers.
• Own preventive and corrective maintenance programs, scheduling and tracking completion.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of facilities management in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing.
• Experience managing industrial and technical spaces (clean rooms, machine shops).
• Hands-on familiarity with MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Proven track record owning CapEx projects end-to-end including budget and contractor management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in satellite manufacturing or launch services.
• Familiarity with ITAR-regulated facilities and access control.
• CFM, FMP, or equivalent facilities management certification.
