📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, preferably in SaaS
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Effective communication and presentation skills
