Description

You will lead Agile delivery processes for a secure collaboration platform that enables information sharing between U.S. military and international coalition partners, ensuring teams are productive and continuously delivering value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master
• Strong experience leading SCRUM teams in complex environments
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Manage and optimize workflows within JIRA to ensure visibility and efficient delivery tracking
• Monitor and report on key Agile metrics to drive performance and inform decision-making
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to remove blockers and ensure successful delivery
