You'll lead research on Bayesian methodologies for innovative AI solutions. You'll manage a team and collaborate with Eki.Lab researchers on applied projects. This role offers the chance to directly integrate your research into industry products and publish in top conferences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor state-of-the-art and propose research projects aligned with business needs.
• Lead innovative projects for product offers directly integrable into the codebase.
• Write scientific papers and submit to high-level conferences.
• Manage a small team, track their work and upskill them.

📋 Requirements

• PhD in statistics, mathematics, econometrics, or machine learning.
• Research experience in Bayesian methods or probabilistic programming.
• Expert proficiency in Python for probabilistic programming (PyMC preferred).
• Deep understanding of nonlinear modeling (GLM, GAM, Gaussian processes).

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of causal inference frameworks (DoWhy, CausalPy).
• Familiarity with JAX-based frameworks for large-scale Bayesian inference.
• Open source contributions (e.g., PyMC, ArviZ, TensorFlow Probability).
