💼 About This Role

You'll provide speech and language therapy services to patients in their homes, completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). You'll assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders with mentorship from a licensed SLP. This role offers supervision and support in a top-rated home health agency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, voice, and swallowing functions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians and nurses.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for providers and insurers.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Temporary CA state license or certification to practice as a Speech Therapist CFY.
• Valid CA driver's license for home visits.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
