Description

You will lead internal technical enablement across Contentful's product portfolio, empowering teams and customers to adopt the platform confidently. You'll build scalable programs, deliver training, and create resources to drive consistent understanding and best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years in solutions architecture or technical consulting
• Deep familiarity with CMS, composable architecture, and modern web development
• Practitioner-level code proficiency (React, Next.js, APIs, SDKs)
• Proven ability to build and scale technical enablement programs
• Excellent consultative and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve internal technical enablement on Contentful product features and best practices
• Serve as company-wide subject matter expert, developing prescriptive implementation guidance
• Establish scalable technical enablement practice for continuous education and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Demo teams to influence product decisions
• Create and maintain library of enablement materials including feature guidance and architectural recommendations
