💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and support daily operations, helping the store meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to develop leadership skills in a fun, fan-centric environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and product knowledge to customers.
• Open and close the store, and provide leadership support as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside.
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain store merchandising.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise product using approved equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
