💼 About This Role

You'll pull data from across the product, observability stack, and GTM systems to define and track key KPIs. You'll partner with product, SRE, and engineering to analyze user behavior and debug issues through observability data. You'll build dashboards and deliver insights that inform leadership decisions and ensure data privacy and compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze data for finance and GTM teams for strategic planning and forecasting.
• Build and maintain dashboards for company-wide consumption and leadership.
• Own data quality across the product and its observability stack.
• Define KPIs to measure product development and quality.
• Collaborate with SRE team on observability and product reliability.

📋 Requirements

• SQL data analysis experience
• Experience with BI solutions such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker
• Experience with observability solutions such as Datadog or NewRelic
• Understanding of GDPR and similar regulations worldwide

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Grafana or other engineering monitoring tools
• Data science tools in Python, R, or Julia
• Familiarity with data pipelines
