You'll lead a cross-functional team of backend, frontend, and infrastructure engineers to build reliable, scalable web applications. Your work will set the strategic direction for platform engineering across the entire organization, ensuring quality and performance. This role offers direct impact on company-level initiatives and AWS adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of ~10 engineers across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Define short-term and long-term platform deliverables aligned with leadership goals
• Design solutions that impact the entire tech organization and business
• Manage major company-level platform initiatives delivered by multiple teams

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience in backend or data-intensive systems
• 2+ years of engineering management experience leading software teams
• Cloud-native architectures with Kubernetes and IAC experience
• Experience building and scaling API-first PaaS and SaaS systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in an air-gapped FedRAMP or DOD environment
• Passion for data and analytics
