You'll join the Creation team at Patreon to scale media publishing capabilities and deliver high-quality experiences for creators. Your work directly impacts over 300,000 creators and helps them express their full creativity. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build features that power the creator economy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scale and expand Patreon's media publishing capabilities
• Deliver high quality experiences optimized for performance and user delight
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to iterate on features
• Lead development of fullstack features using React, TypeScript, Python, and MySQL

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development
• Experience designing and running A/B tests and analyzing results
• Comfortable diving into both frontend and backend code
• Skilled at collaborating across disciplines and communicating trade-offs
