💼 About This Role

You'll lead all aspects of school operations for a new 24-hour onsite child care center in Huntsville, serving Toyota families. Your leadership will ensure full compliance with state licensing and deliver a high-quality, child-centered program. This is a founding team role with a focus on staff development and family engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead school operations including staffing, scheduling, and enrollment management
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and health standards
• Oversee delivery of a developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Coach and evaluate faculty through feedback and professional development

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of leadership experience in early childhood education
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Meet state-specific director qualifications for licensed child care centers
• Experience with child-centered, inquiry-based curricula
