🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead concept generation and LoRA training for new characters
• Test generative AI characters for consistency and quality
• Monitor trends and data to keep content culturally relevant
• Collaborate with engineers and creators on new features

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record of high ownership in creative or technical roles (~4+ years)
• Technical proficiency in LoRA training and workflow improvement
• Strong creative eye for character and face selection
• Fluent in English for team communication and prompting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kohya ss, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, or models like Pony, Flux, Z-image
• Experience creating characters for interactive applications
• Image editing skills via Photoshop or AI tooling
