💼 About This Role

You'll teach and nurture behavioral, social, and communication skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting using ABA therapy and Vincent Carbone methods. You'll implement treatment plans from BCBAs and track progress in Central Reach data system. MeBe offers paid RBT training and career growth in a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral and daily living skills in 1:1 sessions
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record progress in Central Reach data collection system
• Assist with BCBA assessments and relay client progress

📋 Requirements

• Consistent availability Monday through Friday
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must obtain RBT certification within 60 days
• High school diploma or equivalent required

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT/CBT certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• CPR/BLS certification for certain locations
