You'll lead a lean team shipping production ML systems that power clinical care at Sword Health. You'll drive 0-1 ML initiatives across the full AI stack, from prompt engineering to agentic workflows, and partner with Product and Clinical teams to improve patient outcomes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Ship production ML systems that power clinical care.
• Lead a lean team of 2-4 ML engineers.
• Drive 0-1 ML initiatives across the AI stack.
• Partner with Product and Clinical teams to shape what gets built.

📋 Requirements

• Proven ability to ship production ML systems with real user impact.
• Experience leading technical teams as tech lead or manager.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end ML pipelines from data to deployment.
• Strong engineering fundamentals in Python and SQL.
• Experience with LLMs in production (RAG, fine-tuning, agentic workflows).
