Description

You will install, troubleshoot, and repair the Tablo Hemodialysis System at customer facilities and homes. This role ensures optimal system performance and supports clinical staff and patients, contributing to a revolutionary approach to dialysis care.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Fluidics, or military equivalent.
• 5+ years field service/industry experience.
• Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and fluids components.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to travel extensively within the US, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair Tablo Dialysis Systems at customer facilities or patient homes.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance including calibrations, hardware/software upgrades.
• Serve as technical subject matter expert on the Tablo product.
• Provide first and second level technical support to customers, including after-hours and weekend coverage.
• Accurately document service activities and manage spares inventory in ERP system.
