Description

You will design, build, and maintain a low-code cloud-based community portal on ServiceNow. Your role bridges technical platform capabilities with user experience, managing forum architecture, gamification, integrations with knowledge management and case systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years hands-on community development in enterprise environment
• 3+ years in low-code cloud SaaS platform
• Master's degree in CS, IT or related field
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, ACLs
• Experience with JavaScript, Angular JS, CSS/SASS, HTML5

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ServiceNow Community Portal using Service Portal, UI Builder, and Seismic
• Create custom widgets with AngularJS, HTML, CSS for engagement features
• Integrate Community data with CSM for case conversion
• Configure forum structures, access control, and gamification (badges/points)
• Implement AI-driven features like auto-tagging and content recommendations
