You'll lead building AI research agents for a rapidly growing product-led platform at Listen Labs. You'll tackle complex problems end-to-end across LLM pipeline, infrastructure, and UX. Your work will directly impact how companies like Google and Microsoft uncover customer insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and improve AI-powered research agents for customer interviews
• Develop customer preference models and synthetic personas
• Architect real-time video interview capabilities with computer vision
• Design distributed information mining agents for actionable insights

📋 Requirements

• End-to-end problem solving across LLM pipeline, infrastructure, backend, and UX
• High bar for quality and attention to detail in AI product development
• Clear thinking and communication with minimal meetings
• Highly technical background with early coding experience

• Experience pushing LLM capabilities to their limits
• Background in competitive programming (IOI/ICPC)
