You'll build and lead the analytics function for a rapidly growing fintech in Colombia. You'll shape data collection, governance, and validation from scratch with full ownership. This role offers direct impact on top-management decisions and the chance to design frameworks in a greenfield environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement data pipelines and governance frameworks.
• Audit internal and third-party data for inconsistencies and risks.
• Partner with top management to drive data-driven decisions.
• Write SQL queries and Python analyses for hands-on execution.
• Scale the analytics function as the business grows.

📋 Requirements

• Strong mathematical background from a top technical university.
• Deep understanding of mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Excellent SQL and Python skills.
• Proven people management experience.
• English level B2 or higher for international collaboration.
