You'll join Akido's Street Medicine team in the Bay Area, combining hands-on care with AI-driven tools to serve vulnerable populations. You'll provide frontline care to patients experiencing homelessness and complex conditions, making a measurable impact beyond traditional healthcare. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide frontline care to patients experiencing homelessness and complex conditions.
• Manage diverse patient panels in field-based settings.
• Conduct assessments, order diagnostics, and prescribe treatment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience with CalAIM populations.
• Experience in street medicine or related settings.
• Active California Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Active CA Registered Nurse license and National NP board certification.
