Description

You will lead all aspects of commercial, industrial, and/or retail properties, coordinating marketing, operations, and financial activities. Your role includes responding to tenant needs, managing teams, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years relevant experience
• Commercial office, retail, or industrial property management experience
• Real Estate License required where mandatory by local regulation
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Yardi or MRI and Kardin preferred
• Working knowledge of leases, contracts, financial instruments
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and financial reporting skills
• Leadership experience and proven customer service track record

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs and resolve problems promptly
• Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and space walk-throughs
• Lead daily and long-term team activities, assign tasks, and cross-train staff
• Direct vendor invoice payments and accounting activities per policy
• Prepare monthly reports and annual operating/capital budgets
• Craft and deliver tenant care program to maximize retention
• Proactively collect rent and report AR status with recommendations
• Conduct monthly property inspections and recommend alterations
• Act as primary contact with property owners to ensure objectives met
