You will lead a pod of BDRs while maintaining your own quota, optimizing outbound cadences with tools like Apollo and HubSpot. Your work directly accelerates pipeline for a fintech startup reshaping banking with AI.
Requirements
- 2+ years managing a BDR/SDR team and 2+ years as individual contributor hitting ≥100% meetings quota for 4+ quarters
- Expertise prospecting credit unions and community/regional banks
- Data-driven coaching mindset with experience in A/B tests and talk-track scorecards
- Bay Area residency and willingness to work in South Bay office 4-5 days/week
- FinTech, SaaS, or AI-for-CX background preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a pod of 3-6 BDRs through daily stand-ups, call reviews, and data-driven feedback
- Carry a personal quota for qualified meetings, exceeding targets to model best practices
- Design and optimize multi-touch cadences in Apollo, Sybill, ZoomInfo, Nooks, HubSpot, Salesforce
- Partner with AEs, Marketing, and RevOps to refine ICP, territory plans, and hand-off SLAs
- Recruit, onboard, and scale the BDR team, including building AI SDR flows for inbound leads
