Your core impact will be implementing factory layouts, capital equipment plans, and continuous improvements to meet complex manufacturing requirements. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement production system designs and factory layouts
• Identify and execute capital equipment and layout upgrades
• Streamline flow of materials through the factory
• Translate manufacturing requirements into facilities specifications

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline
• 5+ years of manufacturing or facilities engineering experience
• Proven experience designing production systems and facilities infrastructure
• Proficiency with CAD systems such as NX or SolidWorks

✨ Nice to Have

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering
• Experience transitioning products from design to production in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of composites manufacturing processes
