💼 About This Role

You'll own the technical health of our post-sales ecosystems (Planhat, Kantata, Tackle.io) and integrate them seamlessly into Salesforce. You'll drive automation and data integrity to enable Services and Success teams at scale. This role offers high impact at a fast-growing cloud security leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain Salesforce-to-Planhat/Kantata integrations
• Audit and optimize legacy automations in Planhat and Kantata
• Mentor junior admins and drive process improvements
• Build robust automations bridging Sales and Post-Sales

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a GTM Systems Engineer or Business Systems Administrator
• Expertise in PSA and CS platforms (Planhat/Kantata preferred)
• Deep Salesforce proficiency including Flow and custom objects
• Strong understanding of APIs (REST) and middleware (e.g., Workato)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Planhat and Kantata directly
• SQL and data warehouse knowledge (BigQuery)
• Agile methodology experience
