Description
You will lead and develop a team of Technical Account Managers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and strategic alignment. You'll drive operational excellence, foster cross-functional collaboration, and deliver exceptional service to commercial organizations.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years combined experience in technical account management, sales, customer success, renewal sales, or consulting
- Previous leadership role at a high-growth SaaS organization
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
- Experience with recruiting, developing, and managing internship and early career programs
- Ability to persuade, influence, handle conflict, and drive agreement on decisions
Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of TAMs for commercial accounts
- Set performance goals and provide feedback and development opportunities
- Partner with leaders across TAM, Customer Success, Sales, and Product
- Define and drive strategy for NPI/Specialist TAM team to accelerate time to value and renewal rates
- Develop processes and metrics to drive customer business outcomes
