Description

You will lead and develop a team of Technical Account Managers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and strategic alignment. You'll drive operational excellence, foster cross-functional collaboration, and deliver exceptional service to commercial organizations.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years combined experience in technical account management, sales, customer success, renewal sales, or consulting
  • Previous leadership role at a high-growth SaaS organization
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
  • Experience with recruiting, developing, and managing internship and early career programs
  • Ability to persuade, influence, handle conflict, and drive agreement on decisions

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of TAMs for commercial accounts
  • Set performance goals and provide feedback and development opportunities
  • Partner with leaders across TAM, Customer Success, Sales, and Product
  • Define and drive strategy for NPI/Specialist TAM team to accelerate time to value and renewal rates
  • Develop processes and metrics to drive customer business outcomes
