Description

This paid, ANCC-accredited residency program offers flexible scheduling, one-on-one nursing care, and comprehensive support for new graduate nurses. You will provide home health care to clients of all ages, with opportunities to explore diverse clinical interests.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• Passing or scheduled NCLEX in the United States
• CPR certification in good standing

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to clients in their homes
• Complete paid training and shadowing (6-week program)
• Use electronic charting (Statewise) for documentation
• Participate in simulation labs for skill development
• Manage flexible scheduling after training period
