💼 About This Role

You'll deliver in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients, helping them restore strength and mobility. You'll evaluate patients and implement individualized treatment plans to improve function and prevent falls. This role offers flexible scheduling and a guaranteed base pay for 12 weeks during ramp-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate patient mobility and develop individualized treatment goals

• Educate patients and families on recovery and preventive care

📋 Requirements

• Active physical therapy license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation for home visits
• Basic comfort with technology (EMR, email, texting)
