Description

You will serve as the cross-team technical authority for Capella's Control Plane, defining the multi-cloud architecture and developing production-quality Golang code to orchestrate cluster lifecycle across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Your work ensures reliability, scalability, and seamless experiences for the fully managed DBaaS platform.

Requirements

• Expertise in Golang with proven experience building distributed, cloud-native systems
• Strong knowledge of system design, high availability, fault tolerance, and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, Azure infrastructure including networking and Kubernetes
• Experience designing and building control plane and platform components

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve control plane architecture for scalability, reliability, performance, and security
• Develop production-quality Golang code for critical Capella platform services
• Architect and optimize multi-cloud deployments across AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting standards for operational excellence
• Lead design and delivery of core platform capabilities such as provisioning and lifecycle management
