Description

You will join a growing tax team at Roku's HQ in San Jose, CA, contributing to all areas of tax including compliance, planning, and financial reporting. You'll support income tax compliance and planning closely integrated with direct and indirect tax to support the business holistically.

Requirements

• Qualified tax professional with solid experience in worldwide tax compliance
• Experience with M&A, inter-company transactions, US domestic and international income tax
• Experience with ASC 740
• Proactive, enjoys learning and new challenges
• Works collaboratively in a fast-paced growing company

Responsibilities

• Support accurate preparation of income tax for Form 10Q/10K financial reporting
• Collaborate on U.S. consolidated and state income tax returns, and international subsidiary returns
• Contribute to implementation of tax planning strategies maximizing savings
• Conduct tax research and review proposed transactions to advise management
• Support federal income tax integration of business acquisitions and dispositions
