You'll work with the CEO to help scale a fast-growing AI company from 75 to 100+ employees, owning global talent sourcing for a product with 50 million users. You'll refine recruiting workflows and experiment with AI tools to keep hiring innovative and efficient.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map and engage elite talent from global tech hubs.
• Own end-to-end candidate experience from first contact to close.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide actionable summaries.
• Improve hiring workflows and collaborate with founders on process innovation.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in recruitment with at least 2 years in tech
• Startup or scale-up environment experience
• Global sourcing experience across major tech hubs
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
