You'll own the help center, release notes, and internal runbooks for a fast-growing vertical SaaS company. Your work ensures customers understand new features and internal teams have the context to support releases.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write and maintain customer-facing documentation in the help center
• Create release notes for customers and internal teams
• Develop internal runbooks for onboarding, support, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate release readiness across product, engineering, and customer teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years writing technical documentation for B2B SaaS
• Strong writing portfolio with customer-facing help content
• Experience creating release notes and internal process documentation
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel
• Familiarity with waste management or logistics industry
• Experience building documentation systems from scratch
