💼 About This Role

You'll build the customer success function from the ground up, managing a portfolio of enterprise clients to drive retention and growth. Your core impact will be ensuring technical teams get maximum value from Reducto's document processing platform. This is a unique chance to shape CS at a rapidly growing AI infrastructure company backed by a16z and Benchmark.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage enterprise customer portfolio from implementation through expansion
  • Conduct regular business reviews and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues
  • Build scalable onboarding, training, and customer engagement processes

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years working with enterprise clients in consulting
  • Familiarity with ML/AI infrastructure or developer tools
  • Technical background or strong interest in AI/ML
