Description

You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing telephone and written advice on loan comparisons, and supporting them from initial contact to contract completion. You'll help customers find the best loan offer by analyzing their needs, all without cold calling since customers have actively provided their data.

Requirements

• Sales or customer contact experience (e.g., sales, telesales)
• Strong communication skills
• High reliability and dedicated work ethic
• Willingness to develop
• Completed commercial training preferred
