You'll be the face of solidcore studio, providing front desk and sales support while delivering an exceptional client experience. Your role is key in generating sales and promoting the studio. You'll ensure every client feels welcomed and valued.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and use their names to personalize interactions.
• Handle class scheduling, cancellations, and package purchases.
• Assist with daily operations and maintain studio cleanliness.
• Respond to client emails and alert coaches about milestones.

📋 Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends

• 1 year sales experience
• MBO experience
