💼 About This Role

You'll ensure the success of Zipline's Engineering, Operations and Manufacturing teams by maximizing facility uptime, safety, and productivity. This role directly impacts employee and visitor experience at our offices while managing external vendors and contracts. You'll provide comprehensive facilities support for a global drone logistics operation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage building technicians and external vendors for facility operations
• Provide repairs, maintenance, and grounds upkeep for logistics operations
• Assess facilities needs, identify risks, and recommend improvements
• Oversee hazardous materials compliance programs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of facilities management experience in light industrial or commercial environments
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
• Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and vendors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools like Slack, Jira

• Experience with capital improvement projects
