You'll onboard and train restaurant partners on TheFork Manager, our booking management solution. You'll ensure partner adoption and guide them through digital transformation. This role stands out for its impact on product improvement through structured field feedback.

• Ensure daily adoption and streamline service management
• Guide Partners through digital transformation
• Proactively retrain and propose refresh sessions

📋 Requirements

• Native level French and fluency in English
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement
• Team player mindset with flexibility in fast-paced environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience in training, onboarding, customer success
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce is a plus)
• Interest in tech, hospitality, and product adoption
