You'll lead analytics for B2B accounts at a growing marketing agency, turning data into actionable insights. You'll own client reporting and measurement, establish performance foundations, and contribute to proprietary frameworks. As the practice scales, you'll build and lead a team of analysts.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and maintain client-facing performance dashboards
- Connect and validate data sources across paid, organic, earned, and CRM channels
- Provide synthesized insights and actionable recommendations
- Contribute to measurement planning and KPI frameworks
๐ Requirements
- 5โ7 years in marketing analytics, insights, or performance measurement
- Agency experience in a client service context
- Strong proficiency in Looker Studio and/or Tableau
- Working SQL for data pulls and discrepancy investigation
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with data aggregation/connector tools
- Familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery, or dbt
- B2B performance marketing background
