💼 About This Role

You'll drive end-to-end deal integration and strategic programs for Okta's Corporate Development team, leading cross-functional initiatives to enable growth through acquisitions and partnerships. You'll own the integration strategy, governance, and execution for acquired companies, and design key strategic programs for high-visibility projects. This role offers the chance to work closely with top executives and shape AI-powered operational efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop integration strategies and program roadmaps for acquired companies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and alignment.
• Manage executive stakeholders through program meetings and updates.
• Identify and resolve risks/issues proactively, communicating succinctly.
• Update playbooks and best practices based on documented learnings.

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in strategy/management consulting, business operations, or corporate development.
• Demonstrated experience supporting M&A integration or complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills across all levels.
• Track record of building trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders.
