You'll lead our Manchester store to achieve sales targets, recruit and develop a passionate team, and create an amazing in-store experience for pop culture fans in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Achieve sales plan and comp sales goals
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Lead operational tasks like scheduling, payroll, and loss prevention
• Merchandise store using planograms and launch promotions on time

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate store
