• Configure QGenda Time & Attendance products per customer data requirements.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Project Managers on implementations.
• Test configured solutions and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Create documentation and transfer knowledge to Customer Success teams.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Proficiency in Google GSuite products
