You'll serve as the technical bridge between customers and engineering, owning end-to-end resolution of complex data integration issues. You'll perform deep investigations using Python, SQL, and REST APIs, driving root cause analysis to ensure customer success. This role offers the chance to work with industry leaders like DoorDash and LinkedIn in a 24x7 global environment.
π― What You'll Do
- Perform deep investigations and solve complex customer issues.
- Own customer cases end-to-end from troubleshooting to resolution.
- Provide support via email, tickets, Slack, and virtual meetings.
- Investigate incidents using logs, connectors, and troubleshooting tools.
- Drive root cause analysis with engineering teams.
π Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in technical support.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL database experience.
- Extensive experience with REST APIs and authentication mechanisms.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Apache Airflow.
- Experience with multiple OS including Windows and UNIX/Linux.
- Knowledge of file formats like CSV, XML, JSON, Parquet.
