Description

You will coach youth soccer programs including camps, classes, and clinics, providing a fun and safe environment for skill development while building positive community relationships for the LA Galaxy.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (BA/BS preferred)
• 0-2 years related work experience
• Soccer coaching license (preferred)
• Soccer playing and group leadership background
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide well-organized, fun, safe, and disciplined training environment
• Execute enthusiasm with participants using positive reinforcement
• Maintain LA Galaxy issued gear and assist with setup/breakdown
• Communicate effectively with staff, participants, and event organizers
• Report and document any major incidents per guidelines
