💼 About This Role

You'll provide Level 1 & 2 help desk support to end users at the Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys. You'll handle backup/restoration, file server support, and user account management. This role offers a chance to contribute to government innovation with a supportive team.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 help desk support to end users.
  • Manage user accounts, mailboxes, and software/hardware installations.
  • Support conference rooms with audio/video systems and online meeting tools.
  • Document and track IT tickets using ITIL best practices.

📋 Requirements

  • One year or more Adobe Connect or related online meeting center setup experience.
  • Backup/restoration administration and support experience.
  • File server support experience.
  • User account/mailbox administration experience.

✨ Nice to Have

  • ITIL Foundations certification.
  • Change management experience.
  • Active DOD clearance of Level 6 Public Trust or above.
