💼 About This Role

You'll lead the company's litigation and IP strategy as a visible leader reporting to the General Counsel. You'll manage patent, commercial, and brand protection matters for a publicly-traded global tech company undergoing rapid growth. This hybrid role in San Jose requires three days in-office weekly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and lead litigation and dispute resolution matters including patent and commercial cases.
• Oversee the company's patent program and brand protection strategy.
• Collaborate with board and executive management on legal strategy.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of legal experience directly managing high stakes litigation.
• Experience with patent and general IP litigation at a law firm and in-house.
• Significant experience managing cases through trial or arbitration.
• Strong background in litigation at an established hardware company.
