💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with teens to create impactful programs and develop their leadership skills. You'll mentor teen leaders, deliver leadership training, and help build and grow chapters. This two-year fellowship includes rotations across departments with mentorship and coaching.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of work or volunteer experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• General knowledge of Jewish culture and calendar
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.
