You'll own the strategy and execution for anchoring a unified data platform that serves the entire organization. Your mission is to transform fragmented data into a single source of truth for mission-critical reporting and downstream product experiences. This is a force-multiplier role that elevates every team's quality and speed.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own prioritization of the data platform roadmap balancing infrastructure and new capabilities
• Deliver cross-functional projects with dependencies across engineering, analytics, and compliance
• Drive go-to-market strategy for internal platform adoption with success metrics and KPIs
• Work closely with engineering and data science on product development and architectural decisions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with focus on data platforms
• Proven experience building enterprise data platforms using Snowflake, Databricks, or dbt
• Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, and quality frameworks
• Experience with diverse data types including blockchain or on-chain data

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with blockchain data indexing or onchain analytics
• Background in engineering or data engineering
• Experience with compliance-related data systems for AML, KYC, or regulatory reporting
