Description

You'll join the Atlas Growth group to build customer-facing features for MongoDB's developer data platform, working in cross-functional squads on projects like an AI Chatbot for cluster creation and a recommendation system for database performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Fluency in TypeScript and JavaScript
• Proficiency in Java, Go, C++/C, or similar compiled language
• Experience writing database queries (document or relational)
• Experience writing and reviewing technical specs and leading small projects

Responsibilities

• Contribute readable, well-tested code to ongoing projects
• Write scope and technical spec docs for new projects
• Lead small working groups of two or three engineers
• Participate actively in code and document reviews
• Triage support requests and participate in on-call rotation
