  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • 2+ years in-house recruiting experience
  • Proven track record hiring top engineering talent across all levels
  • Skilled at partnering with and influencing senior engineering leaders

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in payments or fintech industry
  • Experience scaling teams in hyper-growth startups
  • Familiarity with recruiting in European tech hubs
